PART II

Raw material’s size, quantity, length, mechanical property are checked by our QC staff and factory own laboratory

PART III

Every drill pipe has nondestructive inspection , cleaned and thread oil before packing.

PART IV

Before delivery clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality such SGS, BV or others

In the beginning of establishment, the company set up quality management system according to ISO9001 intemational standard and passed the certification by CQC quality inspection center. From May 2009, the company has established quality management system documents, which have been issued in accordance with both ISO9001:2008 standard and APl Spec Q1 8th idt. ISO/TS29001:2007"Quality Program Specification for petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industry". What's more, in 2010 our company even got the certification of APl 5DP, which is the best authority certification in the oil drill pipes field.
